We want your family's experience with Prairie View Gymnastics Club to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. Below you'll find helpful information about preparing for gymnastics, gym expectations and what you can expect throughout the season.

Gymnasts should wear a gymnastics suit or comfortable, tight-fitting athletic clothing that allows them to move safely and freely.
Please avoid loose or baggy clothing that could interfere with skills or equipment.

Please make sure your gymnast arrives on time and is ready to participate when their class or practice begins.
Athletes should be picked up promptly when their scheduled gymnastics time ends.
For the safety of our athletes, please follow any additional drop-off and pick-up instructions provided by coaches or the club throughout the season.

Safety at PVGC
The safety and well-being of our gymnasts is a priority at Prairie View Gymnastics Club.
Athletes are expected to follow their coaches' instructions and gym rules at all times. Skills are introduced and developed based on each gymnast's ability and readiness.
We ask parents to help reinforce these expectations with their children so we can maintain a safe and positive environment for everyone.
Parent Responsibilities
Our club relies on the support and involvement of our gymnastics families.
Parents are responsible for keeping up to date with club communications, ensuring athletes arrive prepared and on time, and respecting registration, payment and competition deadlines.
From time to time, families may also be asked to help with club activities, equipment setup and takedown, events or other volunteer opportunities.
We appreciate the time and support our families contribute to making PVGC possible!
